COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mei Motion Engineering T008 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mercoid products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mihara parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Milltronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mercoid such as the PBLT21040PU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4L002716001 manufactured by Mihara and we are pleased to be able to service most Mihara systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 86112010 by Manufacturer Milltronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microsemi Brand 2277500R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro such as MC100MA equipment made by Micro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DA70381534 made by Mercoid as well as the popular NJHN36000S40ABSO original spares produced by Merlin-Gerin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 208197 by Miller and MC100MA spares by Micro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N2339OXB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting. |
